MIDLANDS WOMEN'S TRAINING DAY

Extending from the success of other regional women's training days there will a midlands women's training day in which all women from the region have the chance to meet each other and enjoy a day of women's only training. The day is open to all women in the midlands, regardless of playing ability or experience.

DETAILS:
Date: Saturday 19th November
Time: 10am - 4pm (approx)
Location: Selly Park, Birmingham (directions at the bottom)
Cost: £0.00!

INFO:
In the morning there will be skill specific drills focusing on areas such as throwing and handling, cutting, marking, and reading the disc. After lunch, there will be hat games to mix it up and practice the skills from the morning.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Boots, warm kit (including a light shirt and a dark shirt for the hat games), water, and food (although there are also shops near the park). As its public land it may be getting muddy by mid-November so bring a change of clothes to save your car on the drive home. Also, there are no showers at the park, although you’re welcome to borrow showers at players’ houses.

CONTACT DETAILS:
Please can anyone/any team interested in the training day email me at this address to let me know how many people you are bringing, just for an idea of numbers.

If you any questions please feel free to email me at this address. Alternatively I'll be around at lufbra beginners and midland uni indoor regionals.

I look forward to seeing lots of you at the training day!

Ali Smith
