And for the record I took 5L of fluids with me to the pitches on Sunday 
morning for my personal use:

2x500ml Powerade
2x1L bottles isotonic drink powder + water
1x2L water bladder
Enough isotonic powder to mix 4L in 1L portions

Plus I had all my Ultimate gear (except waterproofs!), SLR camera and a 
chair. A lot of kit but the chair and the cameral would have been left 
behind in preference to the water.
