Subject: Freestyle Frisbee performers needed for ITV show

Dear Discology,

I found your site on the web whilst searching for freestyle Frisbee- ers.

The Foundation (part of RDF Media) is currently producing a children’s for ITV to be broadcast during the summer holidays. The show is called ‘Skillicious’ and we are working on the second series at the moment - the first series went out last year and was a great success.

Skillicious aims to get children interested and involved in different sports and activities by showing cool tips and tricks in and outside of the studio. The strand I am working on is for the studio based skills called ‘Boredom Busters’.

I am therefore contacting you regarding my hunt for young Frisbee freestylers who might be willing to come and show off their talents as part of the programme to hopefully encourage other children to have a go. I am ideally looking for kids aged between 8-15 but having spoken to a few Frisbee players already, I appreciate that freestyling takes time to perfect and that not many young kids can do this skill. I was hoping therefore that you might be able to suggest anyone who can do it, ideally as young as possible!

It would be great if you could ask around and pass this email on to anyone who might be interested in this. Filming dates are between the 21st and 25th June at our studios in Maidstone and we would need roughly 4 hours during one morning or one afternoon that week. Please don’t hesitate to call/email for any more information or please pass my details on to anyone who might have potential leads.

Kind regards,

Josie
