UKU Public Forums:

UKU has tended to back off hosting an e-group or discussion forum - partly
in order to avoid ending up with the responsibility of moderating it. Lucky
for all of us that Ranulf continues to host and look after BD - thanks
Ranulf!

On the rules stuff:

There is actually a rules forum on the wfdf rules site (note the plea to
read the rules before posting...! :-)

The interpretations document written by the WFDF Rules Committee (Luke T
pointed at it earlier) is also very helpful. Only a few days ago someone
was telling me what a good idea it would be if there was a document to help
people interpret the rules - so I guess there may still be some folks that
don't know about it.
