Hi I agree that (constructive) feedback regarding the co-ordination of GB U20 (and all GB squads) is important to their development and shouldn't be discouraged, although the methods of communicating this are up for debate. However, I'd like to disagree with comparisons of UKU with other sports. Firstly, as Jaimie pointed out, the majority of people co-ordinating GB squads are volunteers and in many ways we're not yet comparable to other NGBs/GB programmes. Secondly, if you did want to compare I think you'd find other NGBs and programmes aren't actually as smooth as you'd think and we're actually doing pretty well. Thirdly, you'll never notice the clashes that are avoided. We do need to keep improving, but lets not forget what we are achieving. Ali - currently away working with a GB squad from a different NGB
