Afternoon All

Love Easter in Belfast was played under (mainly) sunny skies, and it
needs to be noted that sunburn is possible in Northern Ireland.

Broc (Dublin) were the eventual winners in a hard fought final.
The venue proved to a massive success with camping on site as well as the well
appointed Clubhouse and bar.
Pitchside
breakfast, lunches and a hot Saturday night meal in the clubhouse
restaurant (all included) went down very well with all.

Saturday night was enjoyed by all and remembered by some!!!
Huge amounts of chocolate were given away as prizes, as well as the
introduction of "The Gloden Gaston".
This
is a perpetual trophy that is to be awarded to the MVP of the final and
is in recognition of the work that Pete Gaston has done to get Love
Easter and Ultimate in Northern Ireland to where it is today.

This year it was won by Darron Costello of Broc. Congratulations.
If
you were not there then you missed out on a great and friendly
tournament!!! Make sure you make it next year where it will be bigger
and better (weather not guaranteed!!)

If you cannot wait until then, we are hosting "NOT the Worlds" on July 21-22nd.
Watch this space.

Long live the silver pig. You have to win it to be in it!!

Cheers

Belfast Ultimate
