Hello all, Just a reminder that we are starting up some Floodlit Grass Sessions on Wednesday in St Albans.
We currently have 25 people signed up and more are welcome :-) We have space for 2 pitches if we get the numbers. There are hot showers & changing rooms available + if we get the numbers the rugby club will open up the bar for us and save us a 4min walk to the pub. 19:00 - 19:30 = Fitness & Throwing 19:30 - 20:00 = Intense Drills (non-tactical) 20:00 - 21:30 = Intense games (2 x 45min games) 21:30 - 22:00 = Intense game (1 x 30min game) or early pub time ... There is currently a big mix of DED, St Albans, Uni players & others all coming along, but the aim for the session is to train & play hard so we can all improve.
