The RELEASE-NOTES.txt has this: The "*.ova" file in this directory is a Virtual Machine (VM) built and tested on a Windows 7 64-bit host of Oracle's VirtualBox (using version 4.1.10: http://virtualbox.org/). The VM contains a turn-key BRL-CAD development environment. We could embellish that I guess. How about getting feedback from the students who have used the VM?
