This expected behavior. It's clearly a usability annoyance, but is not a task that any current developer has expressed interest improving upon. The intention is to eventually default to OpenGL shaded displays, which will eliminate much of the need for repeatedly raytracing into the embedded framebuffer. > Next problem I was getting when I was going through lesson 6: Creating a > goblet > In that lesson basically we start learning GUI stuff and when I was > selecting any shape from GUI window drop down menu stuck many time i.e > suppose I choose any primitive shape from 'create' now I have to > increase or decrease it's size, I go to 'Edit' option and if I select > any option like accept, scale, set H, set C, after selecting drop down > menu stuck. I faced this problem many time. Here is the screen shot. > http://screencloud.net/v/xUJr > Is this a bug in raytrace and drop-down or not? This sounds like a bug and one that I cannot reproduce. If you can reliably produce this behavior with specific steps, please file a bug report. Cheers!
