No, I don't. On line 797 of Programs/Makefile.in you'll find:
all-api-bindings: | api
Could you please try removing the |, then reconfiguring, and then rebuilding?
Alternative, you can look in Programs/Makefile for that same line and remove it
there. This latter way won't require reconfiguring but the change will be lost
if you do reconfigure.
