I recently updated to version 4.0 and after that ran into problems when
reconnecting a braille display. I am using usb cable and my display is
Alva satellite.
After reconnecting the usb brltty seems to restart every five seconds
giving the starting message "BRLTTy 4.0". That means I have to kill brltty
and run it again.
Here is some log I found:
