It doesn't have to be as granular as a screwdriver, but let's say a power tool,
a soldering iron, or to make the 3D printer work. I imagine it wouldn't be too
much trouble. I would even be willing to use the glue gun under those terms.
Hand tools can be exempt. Like I said, this is for us, not to annoy us but to
help. Anyway, whenever security is used a bit of convenience is lost. We have
to tolerate a bit to have things in working order.

Yes, I agree it's cumbersome. It's just one of my ideas to make things easier
and nobody needs to be the needed bloody-mother-hated-bitch. But yes I agree,
"Uff! I have to take another freakin' photo." Maybe too much, butt let's
leave it on the list of possibilities.

OK fair enough, but how about it actually has a home, not just random on the
workbench. I mean like a slot where it slides in and is used generally. After
all, most members use these larger devices on the workbench and not elsewhere.
You'd still be able to take it and know where to return it. If it goes
missing, we can have a handy dandy notepad next to it. Write and stick your
message, "Zdroj v socroom do 17:40." Or something like that.

Ahh the best possible outcome, but I don't want to be hated for being a good
steward. I'm also not at the lab all the time to make sure the kids are
putting away their toys and cleaning up. Even some of my friends have made a
mess, and I simply sigh. Seriously, what can we do better and more active than
this?
