You can reduce the aroma malt by about 1/3, and add corresponding basis malt. This should get the colour about right, but possibly lack a bit in malty taste. Yoy can consider reducing sugar (if any is used) and replacing with basis malt, to get more malty taste. You could use the beercalc to get the numbers right. Or you could relax, not worry, and have a homebrew. In the worst case your beer will still be a wonderful belgian beer, with perhaps slightly different colour or taste profile.
