Inteteresting idea. I have one small complaint: The term "Dogme brewing" has previously been used to denote the opposite to "scientific" brewing, that is, brewing on gefühl only, with no prescribed receipe, no measurements of any kind. Still, the idea is great. I might even join the party, if I can get the right yeast in time.
