That is a valid point, of course. Now that you mention it, I have met the same limit in my own brewing, my 18 liters plastic bucket mash tun could not handle that many kilos of malt. My solution was to buy two 40 liter plastic buckets (under 100,- each) and make a larger mash tun. Now I am limited by boiling capacity, I only have a 18 liter pot.
