That certainly sounds like some sort of infection. Actually it does not matter very much what kind of infection it is, there is only one thing to do. Brush up your cleaning and sanitizing procedures! Wash everything an extra time, give them loads of strong chemicals, etc. Think if there is anywhere a bug might be hiding... I have been through that processonce, with many bad beers. It is not fun!
