You can not really say much from those bubbles. The proper way is to
measure the gravity, and if it stays the same for a few days, you're
done. But it seems that you are pretty low already, so you might just
give it another week, and go ahead and bottle it.

Just wait and see how it behaves when it is properly carbonated, cooled,
and served in a nice glass! Probably things will be much better then.

If it really is too bitter, it is too late to do much about it now.
Adding tasty stuff may help to balance it a bit, but not that much. A
better idea would be to let it age for a few weeks or months, that
usually mellows the taste, and tones down unwanted sharp corners.
