Now I don't know how your corn mill is designed, but it should be all right. The thing to watch out is that you do *not* want to grind the malts too fine, just split the kernels into a few pieces. If at all possible, the husks should come through the process whole. So make sure that you can adjust the corn mill to really coarse grinding. Then you should be all right!
