Hej Det er tide at få juleøllet sat over og jeg havde en ide om at komme lidt engelsk lakrids i denne gang; ca. 4g pr. 25L. Er der nogen der har erfaring/ har hørt om / læst noget om hvilke mænger der er passende til formålet?
Mvh Christian Hej Christian Jeg brugte engang ca. 10 gram til 25 liter, med et meget uheldigt resultat, smagen af engelsk lakrids var så kraftig, at bryget var nærmest udrikkeligt, selv efter en lagerings periode på ca. 1 år.
