Heh, accroding to that graph, GU/BU 1.0 is well beyond "extra hoppy". I
still think there are interesting ales to be found in that direction.
Over 1.5, and it starts not to be for everyones taste, but still
possible, if suitably balanced. Well worth experimenting!
Unless you experiment too much, in which case it might not
be beer anyway
