Well, that is an easy one: To get more hop aroma, you use more aroma
hops. There is not much risk of overdoing it. It may be best to add it
in small quantities with a few minutes in between. Something like 
  20g for 20 min
  20g for 15 min
  20g for 10 min
  20g for  5 min
  20g for  1 min
  20g dry hopped
Or, if this feels too complex
  50g for 15 min
  50g for  2 min
The alpha acid rating of the hops don't matter very much in this, it is
the good taste you want to extract. If you put too much in it, don't
worry, let the beer mature an extra week or two, and it will balance all
right.

Never heard of that extract before, and don't know much about extract
brewing in general. But you can't go totally wrong if you boil it with
the rest of the stuff.
