i stå
Jeg har nu målt SG (1,004). Tjae...så havde der jo ikke været
grund til at bekymre sig...gad vide hvor mange batches man skal lave før
panikken forsvinder?
tak for alle de gode råd.

This must be one of the
most commong beginner questions. The simple answer is that the yeast has
done its job. Just let the beer sit in the bucket for week more, and
you'll be all right, even if doesn't make another bobble.
I just
brewed a bitter, reusing the yeast from the previous brew. In less than
an hour, the bucket was not bubbling, it was snorking like an old dragon
in its sleep. And 24 hours later, not a blob coming out of the bucket. If
that would happen to all my brews, I would be happy indeed, for there is
nothing better than a good aggressive start for the fermentation, and if
it is all over in a day, all the better. I still leave that beer in the
primary bucket until the next weekend, and then rake it over to a
secondary for a few more weeks, before I keg it and let it mature. Should
be a decent beer to bring to the xmas lunches when they get in
season...
So, don't worry about it,
for
it will be beer anyway!
