Only in extreme cases (flame wars) can some articles be locked, so they can not be edited by anyone not specially permitted. The beauty of a wiki is that it does not need a hierarchical structure. Any article can link to any article. I imagine we have a front page with links to index pages of various things, and under them a loose collection of fairly short articles, with lots of comments from different people. I would rather not build an elaborate structure in advance, when I do not know how much and what people want to fill in it. It is no big deal to restructure things later, if need be. As to a meeting, I find it unpractical. We come from all over the land (and from several other countries), and with the Xmas lunch season about to start, there is no way we can get more than a few people to meet at a given date and place...
