Some people do, some don't. Some beer benefit more of it than others -
perhaps a hefe-weizen least of them all.
If you don't rake it to another fermenter, you may want to give it a bit
longer time in the primary, just to be sure that it has finished
fermenting - if it hasn't, it will continue in the bottles, with
dangerous consequences.
Don't worry too much about it,
it will be beer anyway
