I'm from Valencia - Venezuela and i'm the General Coordinator of the Venezuelan BSD Users Group (http://www.bsd.org.ve). We very interested in get a certification of BSD, in special OpenBSD. We can help, may be translating the web site or the contents of the certifications and obtaining companies that patrocinate the certifications in our country. Personally, i very interested in help you. Here, at Venezuela, a few days ago, the government decree a law of the free use of Free Software at the public administration, so, we of all are migrating a much companies. For that reason, we are interested so much in the certifications. Thanks a lot.
