The only choice on the "download_bsf.cgi" page is the beta2 of BSF 3.0, leading to one of the mirrors for downloading, but the BSF3-beta2 package is not available from any of those mirrors that get used. The same holds true when going via <http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/>. On the download page, if clicking on the "browse download area" link will list the release version of BSF 2.4.
