BSFManager could give access to the registered languages, perhaps via an
unmodifiable List.
It might also be useful to optionally check if the relevant classes are present
(without loading them).
This could be used for GUIs that want to display a list of available languages.
It would probably also be useful to be able to look up the file extensions
associated with a language; GUIs could make use of this.
