Further progressI removed the -n and swapped down to -r0 sudo ./ddrescue -B -v -r0 /dev/disk1 /Volumes/LaCie/testtwo/savepleasetwo.dmg savepleasetwo.log
Now I get max speed of 235 KiB/s and average rate: 3021 B/s So. That seems to be it's limit for me after another 12 hours. With a grand total of rescued: 225220 KiB can anyone recommend other tools to try and repair with? Or is this a case of where the only thing left is for the pros to take over?
