Ah, yes, the three tabs are: `General', `Permissions', and `Application'.

No, it should not go through that way (i.e., `Open with').

Just create a shortcut on the desktop.

Go to Application and fill two of the available fields: `Command' and `Work 
path'.
Just set `Command' to run-icecat.sh and `Work path' to the directory that 
contains run-icecat.sh.

After that, click `Advanced Options' button.
Turn everything off. IOW, do not activate `Run in terminal', `Run as a 
different user', `Enable launch feedback', and `Place in system tray'. Besides, 
set `DCOP registration' to `None'.

If it doesn't work, please tell me.
