Yuri, could you please take a look at Bug#27255, a bug report for GNU grep? Here is a URL:
https://debbugs.gnu.org/27255 As this is not a bug in grep itself (only its Russian translation), I'm taking the liberty of closing the bug report. I imagine that the phrase in question appears in many GNU translation catalogs, and that grep should use what everyone else uses.
