.fl and \X now cause output of size, font, hpos and vpos.
this is necesary for postprocessors that intend to insert
independent material, such as postscript.
"Output" means here the emission of _trout_/_grout_ commands.
The "painful shock of recognition" linked to bug #63074, one of our
epics, might have been confusing because I intended to link to a
different epic: bug #66187 (only 5 comments, but conceptually large, as
it contemplates grubbing around deeply in the formatter and altering the
ordering/presence of some _grout_ commands at a document's direction).
