When creating documents using groff, I was missing an automatic hyphenation
mechanism for my language. Following the example of other language versions in
the [tmac] directory, I created a full version of the localization in Polish.
The attached patch provides new *hyphen.pl* and *pl.tmac* files. Additionally,
the patch updates all related documents, the build script, and the license
file, and adds appropriate tests.
