Thanks, Luis.

I don't know that there will be a _groff_ 1.24.2, but if there is I agree that
these fixes should be in it.  Kicking Severity up to Important to flag this
decision so I don't forget it.  (Regressions from previously correct behavior
are also "Important".)

My current plan, mooted at least a couple of times on the _groff_ development
mailing list to no objection, is to roll _groff_ 1.25 in early July.
