Selected item won't fit into memory

I'm getting this error while installing grub from a floppy. The command
line is:

install=(fd0)+1 (hd0,2) (hd0,2)/boot/grub/stage2 0x8000 p


from the same floppy I can corrrectly load and boot a kernel.


I'm using 0.5.91. 0.4 still works fine.
