GRUB and 2.3.18

 About month ago I sent you e-mail about my problem with GRUB. Version
0.5.92 worked fine, it's great bootloader! Few days ago I installed Linux
kernel 2.3.18 and AFAIK grub doesn't pass arguments correctly to
the kernel. I have buggy IDE, so I must pass hdc=cdrom to kernel, else
CD-ROM will not be detected.
