Bug#65105: grub: When texinfo is not available dpkg refuses to install the package.

When grub-0.5.95 is released, this will not be an issue, because the
info files are always distributed as part of the tarball, in
accordance with GNU standards.

If you try to build a package from CVS, you need to have more than
just the usual tools... you need at least autoconf, automake, and
makeinfo, and sometimes more.

If you are satisfied with this answer, I will close the bug.
