Hi!
I've set up a booting environment for grub:
in '/tftpboot/grub/' grub is installed.
Netbooting with an intel etherexpress pro 100 works, but I am not
presented with the configured menu. The option is handled to grub, but
seems to fail. Trying to give a configfile in grubs shell:
configfile (nb)/cl01/grub.cfg
Error 23: error while parsing number
Trying to boot a kernel:
kernel (nb)/cl01/vmlinuz
Error 23: error while parsing number
looks like grub is able to setup everything correct to boot over the
network, but fails to find the device (nb).
Found this with grub 0.5.97
build with: configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc
--localstatdir=/var --mandir=/usr/share/man
--infodir=/usr/share/info --enable-3c90x
--enable-eepro100 --enable-lance
--enable-diskless
