So I have checked in my own patch to fix the "different LMA and VMA"
problem. I think my patch is better than Rogelio's, because mine
checks if a memory segment contains the entry address, instead of just
choosing the first one, and mine doesn't increase global variables at
all. But I haven't tested it yet. If you have a Multiboot OS image
which has different LMA and VMA, check if the code works well, and
report the result to this list, if there is anything wrong.
