i have a problem. i use grub to boot linux and xp. but when i formatted disks which is for linux grub is still in my laptop i want to clean it but i didnt do it. now i cant open xp directly i try to boot from cd but it didnt grub starts before botting from cd.when i open my laptop grub starts in console. if i give this commands
grub>root (hd0,0)
grub>chainloader +1
grub>boot
xp starts. but i want to erase grub my mbr how must i do. can i boot from a cd using grub? note my laptop doesny have floppy drive
