Details:

Using 2.02~beta2-36ubuntu3 and a ZFS root setup with mirrored, encrypted
drives, I've had multiple problems with the grub-mkconfig script and libraries
assuming that the output from grub-probe will only ever be a single line.

This leads to malformed set root= entries which break booting, malformed
cryptomount entries etc.

The ideal solution would be to support generating something like the windows
bootloader with "plex 2" when using a mirrored boot configuration in case one
drive fails. As it stands for a workaround I've simply added `| sort | head
-n1` pipes to the grub-probe commands to generate reproducible and correct
output.

Example patches for consistent behavior, probably not the right long-term
solution.
