Nah, it is just Guix being slow here -- it is installed by default even on Ubuntu 22.02 which is rather old. Until perl-digest-sha3 migrates out into the Guix ecosystem fully, I worked around it like this: https://gitlab.com/gnulib/pipeline/-/commit/3180add7a324eae3175e8ed0fdee7c7a72bf8fcd /Simon
