Does this happen the first time you try it? Or is this another
manifestation of your "resource exhausted problem"?
I have compiled with 2.7.4-1 for Mac OS X several times, and when I try
the same sample file I get the same error, as below. It does not have
anything with the other problem, what I know. /var/tmp/tmp. 0.vrtWa4
exists, so the problem is with fondu.
Fondu is in the bundle. Can you see what happens when you do
LilyPond.app/Contents/Resources/bin/fondu \
/Library/Fonts/Verdana
this should leave a couple of ttf files in the working directory
