Issue 504: lilypond broken on osx 10.5 x86
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=504
Comment #33 by wu.renfan:
Do the options in lilypond-book work correctly? I changed "back down"
to 10.4.11 to
work with lilypond-book (since I need it for a publication).
Command-line lilypond
and lilypond-book for PPC worked on my Intel machine, but it didn't
scale correctly.
I.e., does the scaling in something like:
\begin[fragment,staffsize=12,notime]{lilypond}
... etc.
work correctly with the newest lilypond(-for-PPC-but-on-an-Intel)?
As a general comment: one of the troubles with the new 10.5 and
scheme-based programs
seems to be an incompatibility with an older (but still "current")
version of the
Boehm gc. Since I don't understand the naming/numbering system of the
Boehm gc I
can't help, just report that two of the programs (Bigloo and STklos)
that failed for
me seem now to work when compiled with the very latest version of the
gc... (So:
guile with the "right" gc might work?)
