So, looking at the current stylesheets, we have:
lilypond-blue.css
lilypond.css
lilypond-ie-fixes.css
lilypond-mccarty.css
lilypond-web-alt1.css
lilypond-web-alt2.css
lilypond-web.css
text-to-speech.css
Can anyone say what each of these is actually used for? Don't think it's
possible to re-arrange them as per comment 6 without knowing which
is "docs" and which is "web" currently.
