There's no patch to review, because I pushed the patch.

Technically, I'd say that this "topic" isn't finished yet -- it would be nice to unify settings that are common to both -web and -manual into a single file, and seriously examine whether the remaining settings should remain separate, or whether we can unify those as well. (i.e. if one css file uses color #636363 for the background and the other uses color #616161, let's just change the colors to match)

If you want to close this issue and open a new one for "blindly create a -both css file" (i.e. anything that is literally, exactly, in common between the two), and another one for "intelligently merge css files" (doing the aesthetic examination of the settings and looking for common ground), go ahead. Or we can re-open this one and keep everything in here.
