Follow-up Comment #2, bug #58979 (project make):
I've run it several times. It failed every time.
I configured with --disable-posix-spawn before I reported the issue. All of
the data I attached was generated with it disabled.
If it would help, I suppose that I can revert to 3.81 and see what happens.
