Hi. The standards recommend using 'such' and "such" over `such' quotes in ASCII text. And I absolutely agree with them, `such' quotes are really ugly. Unfortunately, the standards violate itself and use `such wrong quotes' in some places. So, I propose this patch. The patch is to make-stds.texi file, so GNU Make should be updated as well.
