AFAIK Red Hat has already signed FSF papers for all employees if the
developed patch is part of the work (at least it was the case for
coreutils, but I assume this is the same for GNU tar). This patch comes
from Pavel and is based on the patch of James Antill (proposed in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-tar/2006-08/msg00004.html ). Both
are Red Hat employees, so no papers should be needed. However, adding
James to cc, to ensure noone else was involved in the first version of
the patch - which is the base for the current Pavel's one.
