Follow-up Comment #1, bug #38380 (project texinfo):
That is not easy to do, the interest of the test is that indeed the files are
differing only by the case. So it is moreor less a feature of the test.
Maybe what would be more interesting would be to skip the test if on a
case-insensitive system. I don't know exactly how to detect that, though.
About the error with the checkout, I don't really understand which file is
causing the error.
