Follow-up Comment #3, bug #38380 (project texinfo):
To skip the test: how about creating a file foo.html, and then seeing if
FOO.HTML exists?
The problematic files:
t/results/converters_tests/sample_utf8/res_html/index.html
and Index.html.
Maybe the test itself (if it isn't skipped) has to create the expected
Index.html. Not ideal, but we should allow checking out the source even on
deficient filesystems :(.
